Biography
Ph.D. student in Political Science at Florida International University, specializing in American Politics and International Relations. He also holds a Master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from FIU. As President of PIRGSO, Pedro works to strengthen the graduate student community, promote student engagement, and support academic, professional, and social initiatives within the Department of Politics & International Relations. His research interests include political behavior, U.S.–Latin American relations, and Latin American politics.
