Biography
Michael Ohene Aboagye is an international student from Ghana, where he earned his B.A. in communications (Journalism major) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ). After graduating from GIJ, he worked as a proofreader at DataCenta Limited, a subsidiary of the leading Ghanaian law firm Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah. Mr. Aboagye began his studies in the combined MA/PhD program in African and African Diaspora Studies and International Relations at FIU in the fall of 2016. While his fields of interest include Comparative Area Studies, Foreign Policy and Security Studies, his main region of interest is Sub-Saharan Africa.
