Matthew Felice

Biography

Matthew Felice is an adjunct professor of International Relations and an operations research analyst for United States Africa Command, with extensive experience in security cooperation and strategic planning at United States Southern Command. He completed his doctorate at FIU in Spring 2021 with a dissertation on national material capabilities and the rank-magnitude distribution of wars. He previously worked in international development and humanitarian affairs following completion of his master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce at University of Kentucky in Fall 2001.
