Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, I received my Bachelor's Degree in History and Government (with a concentration in Political Theory) from Wofford College of Spartanburg, South Carolina in the spring of 2012. That fall, I accepted a Presidential Fellowship from FIU to enter the Ph.D. program in International Relations. My interest areas broadly include security studies, Middle East Politics, and international institutions. Recently, I have studied the development of the IAEA in Iraq and Iran as it relates to regional security.
