Karen Clay

U.S.-Latin American Relations and Development Cooperation

Karen Clay is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations with a Specialist in International Education from New York University and Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A & M University. She also received a Master of Arts in International Studies from Florida International University as a part of the Ph.D. program. Her research interests include South-South development cooperation, emerging donor relations, U.S.-Latin American relations, Brazil and Haiti. She is currently researching South-South cooperation as an alternative development strategy in Latin America.
