Francesco Ortoleva

I was born in Rome, Italy. I have a B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and M.A. in International Affairs from the Florida State University. My doctoral research is on the changing identity of the European Union as a foreign policy and security actor. I have taught courses on security studies, contemporary problems in IR and the IR of Europe. I am currently the Program Coordinator for the Middle East Studies Center in the School of International and Public Affairs at FIU.
